Simbi® Accessory Shipping & Returns policy:

All purchases made through our website are final. Colors may vary from image on website. We do offer exchanges for product that is damaged upon arrival. 

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

Priority Shipping: 3-5 business days

Overnight: Following business day, shipped using FEDEX.

All orders placed on Friday after 12 pm EST will be processed on the Next Business Day. Overnight orders placed on Fridays can not be guaranteed to be delivered on Saturdays. Please contact Simbi HQ if you have questions about a weekend delivery.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes on orders that require Fedex or UPS.

Orders placed on US Federal Holidays will go out the following business day when USPS service resumes. Shipping request for Fedex or UPS may result in a higher shipping charge. Orders will be shipped using a third party, any delays due to Weather, Mechanical or other unseen events will not be eligible for money back. 

Orders that are shipped with incorrect shipping addresses will be charged with a re-shipping fee. Please double check all shipping address that you may input at the check out process. 

Returns, if approved by Simbi HQ, are not processed on the same day they are received. Your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address associated with your order when this transaction has been completed. Please note that for credit card refunds, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Simbi®..

For Exchanges, customers must send a pre address and stamped envelope. 


How do I return merchandise to Simbi® Online?

Enclose a copy of your invoice with your merchandise and seal securely. Please ensure that your package has both an RMA # and order # printed.


How do I obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number?

We recommend sending your package to us via a traceable carrier and retaining any tracking information.

We do not accept C.O.D. packages.
