All purchases made through our website are final. Colors may vary from image on website. We do offer returns for product that is damaged upon arrival.
Returns are not processed on the same day they are received. Your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address associated with your order when this transaction has been completed. Please note that for credit card refunds, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Simbi® Fashion.
For Exchanges, customers must send a pre address and stamped envelope.
How do I return merchandise to Simbi® Online?
Please obtain a Return Authorization Number and address the package to:

Enclose a copy of your invoice with your merchandise and seal securely. Please ensure that your package has both an RMA # and order # printed.
